Notable state context
Nevada's Silver State Stars uses the Nevada Registry as the workforce-data backbone. CDA contributes to ladder placement but state-funded pre-K (Nevada Ready!) operates with bachelor's + cert teacher requirements, paralleling the broader licensed-care vs. state-pre-K split.
