    • The Caregiver Shall Conduct and Document Quarterly Fire Drills

      The provider did not have a current fire drill the last drill was done in January 2025.

    • The Licensee Shall Provide an Area for Diaper Changing with a Washable Surface O

      The provider had several items on top of the changing table to include; Aquaphor, Sterile Saline, Aveeno lotion, A&D, and The ags and wipes, items were removed during the inspection and placed out of the reach of the children.

    • The Caregiver Shall Maintain and Make Available Verification of the Following: A

      Staff JD and DP did not have current TB

    • Caregiver Shall Keep Poisonous or Hazardous Materials That Would Harm Children,

      The provider had several items on top of the changing table as well as in a top drawer that was not secured to include; Aquaphor, Sterile Saline, Aveeno lotion, A&D, and tylenol. The items were removed during the inspection and placed out of the reach of the children.
