Licensee shall provide a separate crib, portacrib, or playpen in which each infa At today's visit, a child who is 8mo was alseep in a crib with a quilt pad underneath him. This pad was not the mattress cover, but extra soft bedding. Nothing extra(blanket, bottles, bumpers, etc) can be in a pack and play/crib with a infant under 12 months. Pad was moved when noted.
