      591-1-1-.25(13) requires that potentially hazardous equipment, materials and supplies be stored in a locked area inaccessible to children. It was determined based on observation that classroom D black door had a lock on it, however, when door is pulled open the locked would detached. The black door had an AC unit inside that was accessible.
