      Based on record review at 10 a.m., S1 failed to ensure the center's staff and owner's daily attendance record accurately reflected persons on the child care premises at any given time as 0 of 6 staff were signed in. S1 corrected the log prior to the specialist leaving the center. Corrective Action: Effective 5/19/2026, S1 stated she has requested time card replacements and going forward she will verify all staff are signed in every morning to ensure compliance with this regulation.
