Completed a walkthrough of eight (8) classrooms and reviewed the sign-in/attendance sheets. One (1) child who was in attendance in the"Infant One" classroom was not signed in on the sign-in sheet kept in the classroom at the time of inspection.

The licensing specialist asked to review the emergency drill log for the center. The center did not have any documentation that fire drills have been completed monthly. The licensing specialist interviewed six (6) staff members. The specialist learned through staff interviews that the fire drill procedures have been discussed and sometimes practiced but that the fire drills are not documented on a drill log.

During the walkthrough of the facility, the licensing specialist observed thirteen (13) children ages 12 months to 36 months in the "Todd 2" toddler room. The children and staff from the "Todd 3" toddler room were combined with the "Todd 2" children in the "Todd 2" classroom in the later afternoon. The max group size for toddlers ages months 12 to 36 months is 10 children. The licensing specialist observed nineteen (19) toddler-age children between 12 months and 36 months utilizing the outdoor toddler play area at one time exceeding the group size for the age range. All three toddler rooms were utilizing the toddler play area at one time.
