      There is no record of a fire inspection since 1/29/2021. Provider did call the Fire Department today during this inspection and was told to await a call back from the Fire Department.

      Fragrance free soap was missing from the first aid kit. Provider did have soap but it had fragrance in it. Provider will submit a picture of the soap front and back to Licensing.
