(1) A child care staff member shall complete the background checks required in accordance with this administrative regulation and be found to have no disqualifying offense prior to becoming a child care staff member. (1) The premises shall be: (a) Suitable for the purpose intended; (b) Kept clean and in good repair; Findings: General: Based on observation, the storage room had several ceiling tiles missing or in disrepair. Some of the tiles looked to have water damage and possible black mold. The center has not been tested for black mold.
