      During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed sunscreen hanging ina few classroom bathrooms in pockets with the childs name on it that was accessible to children in classroom 1416 and 1418. This licensor observed sunscreen in classroom 1420 in child's cubbies by the bathroom that were also accessible to children. This licensor observed in classroom 1420 under the sink in the classroom there were items that say keep out of reach of children like bleach and shaving cream that was accessible to children.

      During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cords capable of forming a loop around a child's neck that was accessible to children. This licensor observed in Classroom 1416 a cord to a fan, classroom 1418 a cord to a laptop and a cord to a fan,and in classroom 1420 there was a cord in the front of the clasroom.
