Findings: General: Based on observation and interview, an adequate supply of clean clothing was not available for an infant whose clothing became soiled. The infant remained without clothing for the duration of the inspection. Interview confirmed the lack of extra clothing for the infant.

The lid remained in an open position; therefore, the soiled diapers were no longer stored in a closed container.
