      In each of the rooms there were windows with blinds and pull cords. One window blind was secured down and the other blind was not. There were hanging pull cords that were accessible to the children and capable of forming a loops.

    • Storage Areas and Storage Rooms Must: (A) Be Inaccessible to Children; (B) Have Locking Doors or Other Methods to Prevent Child Access;Serious: 110-300-0260(2)

      The storage door was open, not locked and accessible to the children. There was a "paddle" placed on the door frame to keep it from being closed and locked. - The staff removed the "paddle" and closed the door during the visit.
