    • Child/staff Ratios Shall Be Maintained During All Hours of Operation

      In the Farms classroom, ratio is 1:14 (1 teacher with 14 children ages 3,4 and 5). making the classroom out of ratio.

    • Bathrooms

      The Jungle classroom has two bathrooms being used as storage. Bathroom 1 has broom, swiffer, diapers and wipes being stored. Bathroom 2 has a toy vacuum, book shelves and a child size mirror being stored. All items must also be sanitizable in a bathroom.

    • Within Thirty (30) Days of Employment

      Within thirty (30) days of employment, newly employed staff, volunteers, substit 2 caregivers do not have physical examination by a physician in files.
