Based on record review 12:15 p.m., S2 failed to have a CCCBC-based determination of eligibility available on the early learning center's CCCBC roster at all times for S3 and S22. S3s first day working in the center was 9/16/2024. S22's first day working in the center was 1/2/2025. S22 was added to the roster during the inspection. This was not corrected for S3 during the inspection. Corrective Action: Effective 4/9/2025, S2 will have all new staff added to the CCCBC roster on their first day present working at the center to ensure compliance with this regulation.
