      Observed diaper ointment in the drawers accessible to children in the toddler diaper changing areas. Paint sample labeled "keep out of reach of children" was accessible to children in Dianosaur room.

      Observed in Monkey room: chipping paint on windowsills and window frame accessible to children; lots of dust on the fan; worn out cabinet doors under diaper table posing finger pinching hazard. Koala room: outlet by fish tank was missing half of the outlet cover plate. Dinosaur room: hand washing sink needs calking to ensure surface is moist impervious and easily cleanable.
