Based on record review/interview at 10:45 a.m., S1 failed to have documentation that 1 of 24 staff on the premises and accessible to children has a current certification in Pediatric First Aid and CPR before assuming sole responsibility for any children. S13 (First day on the premises 6/23/2025) failed to have the current certification. The Specialist observed S13 alone with 8 children ages 3-4 years old. This was not corrected during the inspection.
