At the time of visit, the following was observed: In Toddler 2, the shelf for children's bedding was not secured creating a safety hazard. In the Infant classroom, loose electrical cords were accessible in the crib area creating a strangulation hazard, and one of the cushions of the floor climber was ripped exposing the foam core creating a safety hazard. In the Preschool 2 classroom, loose electrical cords by the sink and by the fish tank were accessible to children creating a strangulation hazard. On the Preschool Playground, the seam in the curved slide was too wide creating a safety hazard.
