      Based on record review/interview on 7/9/2025, at 1:00 p.m., S1 failed to provide documentation that within 90 calendar days from the date of hire and prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children, each staff member shall have current certification in pediatric first aid and CPR. S5, S14, and S15 failed to have the current certification. Corrective Action: Effective 7/9/2025, S1 stated she will schedule a class to be taken as soon as possible to ensure compliance with this regulation.
