      Poisons, chemicals, and hazardous items The mechanical closet was unlocked and accessible to children. There were items that were labelled keep out of reach of children

      On 3/31/26 a child was left unsupervised while the class went outside and she was in the bathroom.

      In room 10 there was a mop in the bathroom. In room 7 there were plungers and toilet brushes in both bathrooms.
