One employee does not currently have a cleared background check, as their previous clearance recently expired. There was a delay in obtaining the updated clearance due to confusion over paperwork related to the employee previously residing out of state. The program is actively working with the Background Check Unit to resolve this matter. In the interim, the employee has been placed on a supervision safety plan to ensure compliance.
