This was corrected when S1 entered the classroom at 10:13 a.m. Corrective Action: Effective 03/04/26, S1 stated she will ensure all new staff complete CPR/PFA certification approved by the department prior to assuming sole responsibility for any children to ensure compliance with this regulation.

The Specialist observed a wall in the middle of classroom 2, resulting in the classroom 2 becoming two classrooms. Corrective Action: Effective 11/13/2025, S1 stated she will notify licensing prior to make any changes in licensed classrooms to ensure compliance with this regulation.
