Identified through Staff2 statement that 22 children were present in classroom 117. Reviewed daily attendance and transition record and identified 1 child had just gone home and was not yet signed out on the classroom attendance/transition log and only 21 children were present at the time of visit. This is a direct violatoin of stipulation (G) on the probationary license. Stipulation (G) states "Licensee will use a name-to-face attendance verification tool (paper or electronic form) and complete attendance verification for all transitions and at frequent intervals throughout the day. Licensee shall provide training for all staff on how to use the attendance verification tool and must maintain verification of the training in each employee’s staff file."
