A focus inspection was conducted The Compliance Officer provided a paper copy of the Notice of Inspection Rights and the Small Business Bill of Rights to the Facility Director at the time of the inspection. Ratios observed were: 1 year olds: 1:3 2 year olds: 1:5 3/4 year olds: 2:7 There were 2 staff members interviewed during this investigation.
