On 3/30/2026, at 10:18 a.m., C1, 18-months-old, was found alone on the centerâs hallway by S8. C1 exited Classroom 3 at 10:17 a.m., and was unsupervised for one minute. This could not be corrected prior to the Specialist departure. S6 was suspended with pay for two weeks beginning 3/31/2026-4/12/2026. On 4/13/2026, S6 was suspended without pay until 4/21/2026.
