    • The Licensee Shall Ensure That No Conditions Exist in the Home or on the Grounds

      The provider had the sink in the bathrooom pull away from the walland the replacement is at the daycare and is being put in this week. The old sink is and all the building material is in the backyard which has debri that needs to be removed as well.

    • All Approved Exit Doors Shall Be Operable From the Inside Without the Use of a K

      The backdoor has both a lock and a deadbolt that were both engaged during hours of operation. The deadbolt was undone during the inspection.

      The provider had boxes and a child toy blocking the back exit of the home. The items were removed during the inspection.
