      During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed cereal containers in the school-age room that were not labeled and dated. This licensor also observed snack foods in a cabinet, food in the fridge and food in the freezer that were also not labeled and dated. Risk

During the onsite monitor visit this licensor observed the preschool and toddler playground woodchip surfacing under some of the equiptment was not following the required CPSC guidelines of a depth of nine inches deep. This licensor observed on the preschool playground there was an airplane teeter-totter and a toddler slide that only had approximately 2-3 inches of woodchips under them. This licensor observed on the toddler playground there was two springy toys in the ground that had approximately 5 inches of woodchips around them and a toddler slide that had approxiately 2 inches of woodchips. This licensor also observed a small plastic toddler horse teeter tottler that was on the cement that needs to be placed on the required woodchips as well. Risk
