      At time of inspection, facility does not have a current fire inspection as required by the local fire authority. Facility is to get in contact with the City of Rockville for their fire permit. Facility to submit the permit to licensing specialist via email once received.

      At time of inspection, licensing specialist did not observe emergency and disaster drills being practiced, only fire drills. Facility is remined that emergency and disaster drills are to be completed twice a year and documented on the fire and Emergency/Disaster drill log.
