      Per discussion with Provider confirmed that CH2 and CH3 found a puddle in the backyard area behind the shed and were playing in the puddle. The area behind the shed cannot be directly supervised unless provider is standing right by it. Provider called children to come out after approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
