      Reviewed the medications and emergency medicaitons kept at the site. One (1) emergency inhaler for a child did not have the box for the inhaler with prescription or a copy of the prescription label to show that the inhaler was prescribed to the child. The inhaler was contained in a ziplock back with information from the parent written on the plastic bag in marker.
