      Per video footage from 04/14/2025, a staff member used forms of corporal punishment while managing a four-year-old child's behavior. Staff member pulled and pushed the child, attempting to keep the child seated in one spot. Staff member used their hand to smack the side of the child's head, on the cheek. Child attempted to hold their head after being hit. Staff member grabbed the child by the wrist, while the child asked "Why'd you hit me? You hit me." Staff member proceeded to yank the child upwards by the arms, forcing the child to stand up and leave the classroom together.
