      The following items were found in the following rooms marked "keep out of reach of children" and accessible to children: Room 1 had trader joes hand lotion, to diaper wipes on shelf in bathroom, bin of sunscreen on chair in classroom Room 2 had diaper wipes in bathroom, sunscreen in bin next to emergency exit and on diaper changing table, magic erasers on diaper changing table Room 3 had 9 packs of diaper wipes and vaseline in bathroom Kitchen was unlocked and had multiple cleaners (comet, bleach, etc.) in unlocked cabinets and closet
