      The children were playing outside of the fenced in play area when Consutlants arrived to the home daycare. They were on riding toys and playing. Staff and Provider were reminded to keep the children in the fenced in play area on 9/12/25 by Consultant and Regional Manager during the childcare inspe

    • The Licensee Shall Ensure That No Conditions Exist in the Home or on the Grounds

      The children are playing in a car that has a broken steering wheel/broken equipment. A child had gotten hurt on the car on 9/18/25. The equipment needs to be appropriate/unbroken so that it doesn't cause a safety issue and injury to a child.

    • The Caregiver Shall Provide Activities According to the Age

      The caregiver shall provide activities according to the age, developmental needs There are hanging rope strings on the geo climber on the playground. This could result in a child being caught in the rope/string causing injury to the child or strangulation.
