Reviewed Health Care Plans for 4 children prescribed medication to be administered by the program and observed CH4's Health Care Plan to prescribe a medication that was not on-site. Identified through Assistant Director Amanda's statement that she did not know if any efforts had been made to obtain the medication from POC or to obtain a current Health Care Plan that contains all required components.
