Based on record review and interviews at 12:00 p.m., although S1 has a behavior management policy developed and implemented, C1 was subject to physical punishment. On 5/22/2026, at 2:30 p.m., S8 pulled C1, 1-year-old, by the upper left arm causing C1 to fall on her stomach and start crying when trying to instruct C1 to sit on the rug with the rest of the class. Corrective Action: Effective 6/4/2026, S1 stated she instructed staff to ask for breaks when feeling overwhelmed and S8 was terminated due to inappropriate behavior management techniques to ensure compliance with this…
