Based on observation on 5/5/2026, at 12:15 p.m., although the center has a Behavior Management Policy implemented, S6 (DOH 2/20/2025), used a prohibited method of discipline as C2, age 3-year-old, was subject to verbal discipline. The Specialists observed S6 aggressively yelling at C2, telling her to lay down on your cot and donât get up during nap time.
