      0165 (2)(d) The licensor observed grocery plastic bags stored in the lower compartment of a diaper changing table, making them accessible to children. The licensor recommended that the bags be removed from the compartment and that the safety device be properly secured to prevent potential hazards. (immediate corrections made safety lock was secured).
