Findings: General: Based on observation, blue duct tape was wrapped around the ends of a metal connecting beam, where the beam met the legs of a blue swing set in the outdoor play area. The connecting beam moved when touched by the surveyor. Therefore, the swing and slide apparatus was not in good repair.
