Identified staff threatened to tape children's mouths closed for talking, wore pieces of tape on their hand and tell children they would tape their mouths closed for talking, children were hit with plastic pointers throughout the day to get their attention, plastic pointers were used to hit the table loudly to get children's attention. In addition, children stated they would fake being asleep so they would not get in trouble.
