      A large rectangular box containing a table that had not been assembled was propped up against the wall near the doors to the classrooms in the outdoor play area. The box was accessible to children in the outdoor play area. The box was approximately six (6) feet tall when leaning against the wall and posed a hazard of falling over if pushed or pulled.
