Findings: General: Based on observation, the surveyor found the following: 1. There were several holes located along various sections of the playground fence resulting in exposed and protruding wiring. 2. There was a gap in the fence gate that was approximately eleven (11) inches wide. Therefore, the fence was not kept in good condition.
