Based on interview at approximately 2:00 p.m., S1 failed to have a qualified Director who is an on-site full time staff person at the center during the day time hours of operation (prior to 9:00 p.m.) and responsible for planning, managing, and controlling the center's daily activities, as well as responding to parental concerns and ensuring that minimum licensing requirements are met. S1 has completed the director's training in November of 2024 but failed to obtain qualifying letter as of 1/17/2025. This could not be corrected during the inspection. Corrective Action: Effective…

      Based on record review at approximately 10:45 a.m., S1 failed to have at least two staff members trained in medication administration whether the early learning center administers medication or not. S2 has a current certification but S1 failed to be trained. This could not be corrected during the inspection. Corrective Action: Effective 1/17/25, S1 stated she scheduled the on-line training as of 1/17/2025, and the certification completed by 1/17/2025 . S1 state she will use calendar reminders 2 months prior to expiration to ensure compliance with this regulation.
