S2 has a current certification but S1 failed to be trained. This could not be corrected during the inspection. Corrective Action: Effective 1/17/25, S1 stated she scheduled the on-line training as of 1/17/2025, and the certification completed by 1/17/2025 . S1 state she will use calendar reminders 2 months prior to expiration to ensure compliance with this regulation.
