Caregiver present with children does not have documentation of current training in Universal Precautions.
- The Licensee Shall Ensure That No Conditions Exist in the Home or on the Grounds
Two children in highchairs during lunch, neither were buckled in with the safety belt.
- Child Care Providers Shall See That Childrens Hands Are Washed at a Sink with So
Five children were present at time of visit. Three children washed their hands before lunch service, two children did not.
- Caregiver Shall Keep Poisonous or Hazardous Materials That Would Harm Children,
Door going to basement was not latched. There is not a latch on door going to upstairs, both doors need to be latched during child care hours. Four tubes of toothpaste and first aid kit with lotions that say Keep Out of Reach of Children under bathroom sink.
