There are chemicals in two sheds in the back patio play area that are not locked; some of the chemicals are not stored at least 5ft high. There is a door leading into the garage, from the back patio, that contains chemicals that are not stored at least 5ft high. The door is not secured. The children play on the patio area of the backyard; however, there are numerous hazards (chemicals, fan blades, rusted sharp metal, lawn mowers & tools) in the back yard, leading from the patio area. There is not a barrier keeping the children from these areas.
