      There was hazardous materials that were accessible to children. There was hand sanitizer by the door in 2 places. The bathroom drawers had razors, hair products, and other items that were labeled keep out of reach of children that would be accessible to the children enrolled in program.

      The pool gate was not locked when consultant arrived for the inspection. The gate needs to be locked at all times when the pool is not in use.
