      Upon consultants arrival, there were two school aged children being grouped with children in the fours/fives room.

    • All Items in the Restroom Must Be Sanitizable

      In the toddler room bathroom, there were items being stored that cannot be stored in the bathroom: plunger, broom, dustpan, aprons, and toys/supplies in a storage closet.

    • Child/staff Ratios and Supervision

      Upon consultants arrival into the infant room, the caregiver was outside of the classroom in the bathroom, therefore the children were not being directly supervised by the caregiver.
