      Learned through the inspection that staff member1 was spinning a child in a chair that spins 360 degrees as part of a physics demonstration at the facility. Staff member1 was spinning the child in the chair faster than the child would normally spin on their own. The child was injured while participating in the activity with staff member1. The physics demonstration chair is not intended for staff to spin the child to make it spin faster than normal.
