Electronic documentation shows that S1’s time card does not show her first and last name, and only shows her position within the center. Corrective Action: Effective 10/27/2025, S1 stated that she will edit her name on Brightwheel so that it may reflect S1’s first and last name on all attendance records to ensure compliance with this regulation.
