At time of visit an unqualified staff member (AE) working with children did not have finger prints on file with the division. Send notification to consultant of provisional status.

All interior surfaces, equipment, materials, furnishings, and objects with which Hazordous items or labeled "keep out of reach of children" were located; in room 2 behind a deterrent there was a cold pack, in unlocked hallway supply closet there were multiple cans of shaving cream, in Room 5 in unlocked cabinet there was a teachers purse.
