In the infant room 2 ceiling tiles where observed to be water damaged and drooping. In the girls bathroom there was a broken toilet with lid laying on toilet seat. In the boys bathroom, the metal bathroom divider was broken with sharp metal exposed causing possible safety hazard to children.
