The operator must maintain the safety and security of each child at all times. LS observed a adult female who walked in with a parent who was looking for the director. There was no staff in the front part of the childcare facility.

LS observed that children were left in the toddler room with two aides supervising the children. Once the children got up from nap the approved staff returned.
