Based on observation/interview at 12:45 p.m., S2 failed to have the minimum child to staff ratio met at all times. Specialist observed (6) infants present with S4 in the classroom and (6) infants present with S12 in a classroom. S11 returned to the classroom from break at 12:47 p.m. to accompany S4. S4 went into the classroom with the (2) infants, S11 remained in a classroom with (5) infants, and S12 remained in the classroom with (5) infants. Ratio was met at 12:50 p.m.
